What equipment do I need?
Most lessons use a mixing bowl, kitchen scale, baking tray, oven, scraper, and basic measuring tools. Any specialized equipment is identified in the course description before purchase.
How do self-paced courses work?
Self-paced courses are organized into focused lessons that you can revisit while practicing. They are designed around observation and repetition rather than a fixed class time.
Are live workshops recorded?
Workshop access details are shown on each catalog card. When a recording is included, the course description explains how long it remains available.
Can I save a course for later?
Use the heart control in the catalog to add a course to Fallows. Your saved course IDs remain in your browser until you remove them or clear local storage.
Can I change the quantity in my cart?
Yes. Cart quantities can be increased or decreased on the Cart page. The total updates in your browser, and no real order is submitted by this demonstration site.
Do you offer dietary or specialty baking topics?
